It was nice meeting Sheena when I collected the set, and to discuss her latest commissions. The train I ordered for my brother's birthday was amazing. Sheena has done the most wonderful job of recreating my brother's farm and yard in a suitcase!!!! To say he was delighted would be an understatement, indeed my children have all requested to inherit this so it will become a much loved family heirloom for many years to come. I don't think I have ever received such first class service from any company before. I wanted to commission a suitcase train for my husbands retirement. I contacted Sheena about 12 months before, we worked together to come up with a plan. Sheena was so accommodating of my needs and wants. Nothing was dismissed or too much trouble. This was to be a secret project, Sheena was discretion personified. Waited for me to contact her and used my email and txt message to communicate. Eventually I was sent the video of our train, at no point was this put public to any social media. I was so impressed, it surpassed all my expectations. I then had to work out how to get the suitcase train to suprise my husband. No problem for Sheena and Andy. They offered to come to us when a small party had been arranged. A 4 to 5 hour round trip no less. The shock and suprise on my husbands face when 3 strangers arrived at the door with a present for him! Priceless. The train is so personal to us and a work of art, so much love clearly goes into every suitcase train. Thank you both. 😊

Suitcase Trains popped into my Twitter timeline one day and within seconds I was hooked! My enquiry was swiftly answered and there was a layout still in stock! I bought it and it arrived by courier today. Having a beautiful model railway in a vintage suitcase is well, just fun. The craftsmanship is great; everything well glued together.
